EXTRACTs a compressed file. You can use this command to retrieve
one or more files from the Cabinet storage from Microsoft. These
files are not usable unless you EXTRACT them.

- Name of file to extract from archive file. Wildcards or
multiple filenames (separated by blanks) may be used.
