Edgar Foust, 74, of Lake City died Sunday May 12 in LaFollette Medical Center.

Mr. Foust was a member of Island Ford Baptist Church and enjoyed fishing. He was preceded in death by his parents, Carson and Katie Burton Foust.

Survivors are two brothers and a sister-in-law, Theodore and Mary Alice Foust of Lake City and Verna Lee Foust of Knoxville; five sisters, Beulah Farmer of LaFollette, Willie Carden of Lake City, Gladys Cox of Medford community, Helen Wilson of Holland, OH and Betty Cheetham of Spring City; several nieces and nephews; and a host of other relatives and friends.

Family received friends 7-9 pm Tuesday, May 14 in Martin Funeral Home, Lake City.

Funeral services were 2 pm Wednesday, May 15 in Martin Funeral Home chapel with the Rev. Warner Hawkins officiating. Interment followed in Island Ford Cemetery. Martin Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
