Mark Anthony Daugherty, age 35, a resident of Harriman passed away Monday, March 06, 2006 at the U.T. Medical Center in Knoxville.

He was born May 20, 1970 in Dayton, Ohio.

He was employed for 11 years with Quadrex in Oak Ridge and was a member of Local Labor Union No. 818 in Knoxville.

He was also of the Baptist faith.

While attending Oliver Springs High School, Mark enjoyed playing football and baseball. His hobbies included fishing and playing softball.

Preceded in death by his father, Parker Daugherty; paternal grandparents, William & Etta Burress Daugherty; maternal grandfather, James E. Styles.

Survivors: Daughters, Ashley Daugherty of Harriman, Lindsey Daugherty of Harriman; Mother, Evelyn Styles Daugherty of Harriman; Grandmother, Lissie Styles of Harriman; Brothers, William Daugherty of Harriman, James Daugherty of Harriman, Stephen Daugherty & wife, April of Harriman; Nephews, Zack Daugherty, Brett Daugherty and Gregory Daugherty; Niece, Christian Daugherty. A host of special friends, extended family members.

Graveside service will be held 3:00 pm, Tuesday, March 7, 2006 at the Estes Cemetery in Coalfield with Rev. Sam Loy officiating.

Sharp Funeral Home of Oliver Springs is in charge of all the arrangements.
