"Arghhhhhh." The familiar battle cry could be heard through the cemetary. Buffy rolled her eyes as Spike delivered a fatal kick to the offending demon. With one last punch, the demon was a dusty pile. "Thanks Spike." The sarcastic tone was sharp. "Oh, your welcome Slayer." He smiled back, the same sarcasm ringing on his words. "You know, I didn't need your help." She took a step closer to him. "He's dead, isn't he?" He wallked by her and leaned down on a gravestone. She followed. "He was already dead." she said, sitting down next to him. "Thanks for clearing that up. But you know, you werein some serious peril for a moment there." He smirked at her, his face leaning in. "Oh thanks, I'll be sure to wait for you next time my life is put in danger." She leaned closer. Their lips centimeters away from eachother, he whispered "That's what I'm here for pet." He touched his lips to hers, taking in a long passionate kiss. She pressed into him, and they fell off the gravestone onto the ground. He looked up at her, then at his watch. "Only 1 minute, 30 seconds this time." Smiling she replied "Hmm, I think that beat our old record." "I just love our verbal foreplay. Same time tomorrow night?" He took her in for another kiss, not waiting for the answer.
