The Bronze was buzzing as the girl with the chin length curly auburn hair made her approach to the door. She was dressed to kill in her purple mini-dress and stiletto heels. Ok, so the shoes were a little riskier than usually, but she was feeling a bit wild and out looking for fun.

Inside the atmosphere was electric. The heads of several hunky men turned as she stepped over the doormat and hung her little sweater on the coat rack. She was used to turning heads when she walked into a room, but there was something about these 4 particular men: The redheaded guitar player looking up as he tuned an amp on stage, the two trench coat-clad studs crouching at the bar and the goofy dark-haired one sipping a drink from a high table. All their eyes were on her, and she knew it was only a matter of time before they made their approaches...

She was barely in the place when the first  man, the goofy one,  came to greet her.  He smiled widely and she could tell he was fumbling for words as he looked her up and down.  His mouth began to open, to utter something great, she hoped, when the dark-haired man in the duster stepped in front of him.  "Hi there.  Would you like some coffee?"  He gestured to an empty seat at a table and hoped she would join him.  The auburn hair girl scoffed "Coffee? If I wanted coffee I would’ve hit the Starbucks.  I’m looking for something stronger, something stiffer."  It was then that a beautiful man with platinum hair handed her a cold drink.  "I think I can give you what you crave, sweet thing. Come with me."  She was definitely turned on by his authoritative and confident demeanor.  She followed the bloke.  From the stage she heard the strains of a guitar-a melody just for her…?

What music to her ears!  A lovely, soft melody.  Her eyes wandered to the stage and saw the soulful eyes of the handsome redhead.  She could tell he was deep and could feel the emotion in his playing.  It spoke to her louder than any words could.  She was drawn to him, but she couldn’t forget the others--the goofy one, the dark and light-haired hunks.  What was she to do?  Suddenly the bartender put down a napkin for her drink and spoke to her plainly.  "I know what your thinking.  There are a lot of nice potentials here tonight, aren’t there? "  The auburn girl nodded in agreement.  "Well, there are some tasty treats.  I just don’t know what to do."  "Well," offered the bartender,  "maybe Bob has an idea."  "Who’s Bob?" the girl asked.   "Our MC.  I got it!  Why don’t we just bring you all on stage.  Bob can moderate and you can weigh the pros and cons of each of these fine men and make your decision."   What a tempting thought.   "Sounds like a plan." The confused girl agreed.  "Great!" said the bartender.  "Should be fun, just let me get Bob out here."

They stood in a line from Stage Right to Stage Left,  First the Redheaded mellow guy holding his guitar.  Next to him, the handsome, yet goofy fellow with the charming smile.  The tall man with the brown hair and lots of gel was flashing a smile and beside him stood the other.  He was certainly special.  He didn’t seem to be trying to impress yet was happy with going through with this display.  He pulled back long drags on a cigarette.  ‘Playful’ thought the female who was lucky enough to have them all competing for her affections.  Then out came Bob Barker.  Everyone at the Bronze paid full attention then.  They cheered uproariously when Bob spoke "Ladies and gentlemen of the Bronze.  Today we have a special treat for you.   These 4 men: Daniel "Oz" Osbourne,  Alexander Lavelle…"  The goofy man interrupted,  "Xander!  My name is Xander."  Bob replied.  "Oh sorry!  Xander Harris, Angel…" Bob looked down at his index cards for a last name and found none "Angel…Ok and finally, Mr. William the Bloody"  Then the crowd went wild.  Bob continued.  "They are here to gain the favor of one pretty young Miss, and now all we need is here--I’ll have to say this myself ‘cause Roddy’s not here…to Come on Down!"

The short-haired girl, adjusted her purple mini-dress before she sat on the chair the was provided for her on the stage.  Between her and her 4 lust objects stood Bob Barker.  He had explained that she should ask them each questions to demonstrate their worth.  ‘Much like the Dating Game" she thought.  This was too much fun!  Though she hadn’t prepared any questions, she thought she’d take a stab at it.  She decided to begin with the guitar player, then go down the line.  "Mr. Osbourne," she asked, "What is your idea of a perfect date?"  For a long moment--silence. NOTHING from him!  But she knew he was thinking it over carefully.  He spoke, "A perfect date begins with a perfect girl".  The crowd gave a big "Aww" all at the same time.  In particular, a dark-curly haired girl who sat off stage in a corner with another girl swooned at his answer.  The contestant was pleased with this reply, but had to move on to the next one.  The cute one-- kinda insecure but charming to the last-- eagerly awaited his question.  "Mr. Harris", Bob addressed him, "the young lady now has a question for you."  She spoke, " If you had to pinpoint the quality about yourself that women are attracted to, what would it be?"  Xander didn’t speak.  He did only what he could to break his nervousness.  He proceeded to dance-the Snoopy Dance.  The contestant giggled at his boyishness.

The tall man with the billowing coat ran his fingers through his gelled hair and cracked his knuckles, anxiously awaiting his test.  Bob spoke, "Now Miss, do you have a question for Mr. Angel?"  "Yes!" she replied eagerly!  "If you had a choice between a spunky blonde-haired girl or a tactless brunette, which would you prefer?"  He thought for a moment before quickly replying  "Why should I have to choose?"  From the other side of the stage she heard the platinum man speak up "What an arse you are man!"  The contestant  made note of this.  The other girl from the corner table liked Angel’s answer and let him know it.  "Hey, if she doesn’t choose you, take me home!!!"  General laughter erupted from the crowd as Bob Barker took control of the proceedings.  "Yes we have a lot of eager young women here, but only this young Miss has the floor right now, so please continue."  "Thank you Bob! I have one final question for this last man before I make my decision."  The platinum ‘boy" stood only a few feet away from her and unlike the others, he stared directly at her, grinning the whole time.  It unnerved her slightly, but she proceeded.  "If I chose you, what would we do?"  He grinned mischievously before answering, "Well luv, I’ve been known to be quite the masseuse around here."  She stood up suddenly then.  "I’m done.  I have made my decision."

A general wave of shock swept over the crowd.  How could she choose between these 4?  How could anyone?  Bob pressed her, "Are you absolutely sure you have a decision?"  "Well, "she admitted, choosing her words carefully, "I know it seems like I’ve made an abrupt decision.  Let me say that it really wasn’t easy.   Each of you, have your own special gifts to offer."  She looked at each man in turn as she spoke, "Oz, what a romantic you are, and forthright too.  Xander, you are charming and very sweet.  Angel-Damn you’re fine!  And Mr. William, you seem like A LOT of fun."   Each man stood proud as she assessed them, "I wish I could take you all, but I feel that your talents are so good that they should be shared with all the other women of the Bronze.  I don’t want to be selfish, so I will have to chose the one man who can suit my needs right now. "  The men looked at each other, trying to determine who the victor would be, but 1 clearly stood out amongst them all, at least to the young girl.  "Right now, if one of you asked me if I could use a massage, my answer would be ‘yes please’."  The crowd erupted with envy and watched as the platinum man swept passed Bob and grabbed the woman into his arms.  They wrapped around her tightly and he planted a big juicy kiss on her mouth.  Immediately, girls from all over the Bronze, especially that corner table, rushed the stage for the consolation prizes of Oz, Xander and Angel.  Bob Barker closed it out, "Well, it looks like everyone here at the Bronze will have someone to take home as a prize.   I hope you all enjoyed our little show.  See you next time."
