| Epilogue August 29,2001 It was almost a year since Fiona came back into Lance's life and almost a year since Gabriel entered it. Lance had a plan for tonight. It was the last concert they had. It was a special concert in Puerto Rico. Tonight would be the night he'd propose to Fiona. That had been the sign that day on the rooftop of Gabe. It had taken him several months to realize that but now he had and he wasn't going to let his chance slip away. It was now or never. "Nervous Man?" JC asked as the guys ran off the stage for a quick change. "You think he is?" Chris chirped in as he squirted some water in his mouth and then turned and squirted Justin. "What ever you do man don't choke." Justin said as he ripped off his shirt . "Ditto that." Joey said as all the guys laughed. " Luck man." Echoed as they guys went back in stage a few moments later. "How many of you have been in love?" Lance asked as the band began to play softly behind him. " Well I am. Many of you know of my Girlfriend, Fiona and my son Gabe." He said as the crowd erupted. " Fiona this songs for you." He said as he looked over at Fiona who was sitting in the VIP section with Kelly, Crystal and Britney. The music began to play as the guys sang softly behind him. They had given him this chance to have a solo and sing a song he had wrote for her. As they sang pictures would flash up on the screen behind them. Pictures of them form when they were young, pictures from after Gabe was born and pictures of them from the award shows she had attended with them since they had gotten together. He stood there for a few minutes before he saw her give him thumbs up. He knew that meant yes. "I think that is a yes." JC said a few seconds later ad he put his arm around Lance. " Lance go be with you woman. We'll handle the rest." He said referring the concert. The guys had 2 songs left and the guys had agreed to let Lance go spend some time with his new fiancée before this all had happened. "Give them a hand man." Justin said as the crowd erupted once again as Lance jumped off the stage with the help of security and made his way to Fiona. "This next song we send out to Lance, Fiona and Little Man." JC said as the band began playing the song. So many times I thought I held it in my hands, But just like grains of sand Love slipped through my fingers. Chris said as he tapped on Lance shoulder a short time later. They were still dancing to the songs that were playing. " Not a chance Chris." Lance said as he dipped his wife. "No I think someone wants to cut in seriously." Chris said as Gabe started babbling. "Come here Cupcake." Fiona said as she took the baby and began to dance with him. " Can I join you?" Lance asked as he kissed his wife. "Of course Mr. Bass." Fiona replied as she kissed him back. " I love you." "I love you too." Lance said as the trio started the rest of their lives together.
