Rose Blanche and the Rose Blanche Lighthouse are located on the Southwest Coast of
Newfoundland, Canada on route 470 approximately 45km east of the Marine Atlantic ferry terminal in
Port aux Basques. When exiting the ferry in Port aux Basques, the access ramp to route 470 is on your right about 300 metres from the dock (just before overpass). The scenic half hour drive will take you past the communities of Foxroost, Margaree, Isle aux Morts and Burnt Islands. These communities are also rich in Newfoundland culture and history.
