Step one of cistern drafting is to release the swivel lock and open the side suction valve. The the release the velcro securing the low lift strainer from the 25 foot 5" hard suction line or lines.

Simply raise the strainer and the suction hose falls off the rig. The hose is loaded in the bed and will spring out.

The low lift strainer is quickly removed with the cam lok fitting.

The hose is lowered in to the cistern.

In just 16 seconds the pumper is at draft and self primes.
