Keeper League
This league allows you to keep a pre-specified number of players at each position while setting the draft order based on the previous years standings. For example, the champion would pick last while the team with the worst record would pick first. It would then follow a serpentine format until the end of the draft. You will  be allowed to keep one QB, one RB, one WR and two extra players from any position. If you have a TE you want to keep, you will need to use the “extra player” as your TE. You DO have to keep all five players.

Roster size : 20 players. No injured reserved. QB, WR, WR, RB, RB, TE, W/R, K, DEF, D, D, DB, DB, DL, DL,  BN, BN, BN, BN, BN, BN

Roster Requirements
A roster must have a total of 20 players.

The roster cannot exceed the maximum count of players for the following positions: QB 3, RB 4, WR 5, TE 2, PK 2,  Team Defense 2, DB 2, DL 2, D 2

This does not mean you must have 3 QB's, 4 RB's, etc. It just means you can't "Load up" on these positions past the maximum allowed. Remember to have at least the number of player at each position required to start each week.
