Beta Lambda Sigma was known for its Annual Romania Golden Holiday Ball the second Saturday in December, featuring girls between the ages of 14-16 with their escorts who are the same age.
Several months prior to this affair, various activities are held for the girls and their escorts, such as: Charm Clinics, Health Clinics, Outings, theater parties, talent program for their parents, etc. After the Ball most of the girls remain in the Rhoer Club and continue various activities in service to the community.
Beta Lambda Sigma members have held National and Regional offices including Philo Coordinator, Regional Grammateus, Regional Area Coordinator, and National Nominating Committee just to name a few. The chapter has also received recognition for having the largest number of members present at a Regional Meeting.
Beta Lambda Sigma has two affiliates, the Philo Club and the Rhoer Club. Click here for more information about the Raleigh Affiliates.
