"...The Tok'ra are starting to annoy me in general..."

So, just what did Jack mean by this statement?

The last time we saw the Tok'ra onscreen was Jolinar's Memories/The Devil You know.  In that two-parter, Jack had been displeased with a few of Martouf's 'surprises'.  The Tok'ra High Council was also reckless enough to order the destruction of Netu (thereby condemning Jack, Sam, Daniel, Marty, and Jacob to death... after it had been to Tok'ra who came to the SGC asking for help in the first place.

Jack: Now, see, that's rude.  I hate that.  In fact, the Tok'ra are starting to annoy me in general.

Sam: Sir?

Jack: Don't get me wrong, Carter, your dad's great.  I love him like a brother.  But every time they show up, it just seems like it's just all kinds of...

All kinds of what?  Is he merely commenting on the fact that where there's Tok'ra, there's trouble (as in Jolinar's Memories, Seth, and Show and Tell)?  Was the annoyance he was expressing directed not at the Tok'ra in general but Marty in specific?  He was actually somewhat civil to Marty in The Devil You Know, but having to work together to survive will do that to you.  Not to mention what the title itself insinuated: The devil you know is better than the devil you do not.

Note that Jack, like the Tok'tok'ra, is quick to exclude Jacob from the rest.  Now, obviously he doesn't want to get on her bad side, but IS there something that separates Jacob Carter from the rest of the Tok'ra?  Such as the fact he's from Earth.  We know next to nothing of who Marty and Freya were before Lantash and Anise came along, except for the fact they must have been quite young.  Whereas we know Jacob has a strong mind (a.k.a. an attitude) and years of experience at using it.  We don't often see Tok'ra as old as he, expect for Selmac's dying host.  Even the High Council is generally fairly youthful.
