Swampland - Seasons

In the low season, between January and June, the prices of the tourist packages lower. The best period for the observation of the fauna of the Swampland is of April to June, in the well-known period as vazante, when the animals begin to leave of the highest areas and the birds concentrate around the lakes with abundance of fish and when more interesting temperatures exist. Of May to June it is also interesting the observation of the " flurry " when the fish leave the bays and they go to the beds of the rivers. The best period for the fishery is going from August to October.

Some terms used by the fishermen of the area of the Swampland:

Flurry - it is a phenomenon that happens in the month of May and it is going to June, when the small fish, in the exit of the bays, they are pursued by the of larger load causing a " disordered escape " of these fish, happening starting from there a migration, river above many species of fish;
Wheeled - he/she Understands the months of October and November, and it is characterized by the gone down of the fish in direction to the Swampland for it spawns her;
Piracema - Period understood between October and March and it seeks the protection of the fish the ones which, in this period, they spawn.
