School Demographics

Principal  Mike

An educator and administrator for many years, Mike is principal of a large elementary school in northern Indiana.  The social workers at his school are contracted through private agencies.

Principal Joan

Director Louis

Joan is the principal of a large parochial school in the city, located in southwestern Indiana.  Although she does not presently have a school social worker on her staff, she feels one is greatly needed in their school.

Louis retired from doing social work in the Air Force and became the director of school social workers for a large urban public school system in Georgia. He works directly under the deputy superintendent for instruction in the capacity of coordinator.

Principal David

Administrator Lois

David is a principal of an elementary school in Southeastern Illinois. He has worked in education for over twenty years. In his district, there are three school social workers, employed through a co-op for special education services.

Lois is administrator of a school district in a small town located in southern Indiana. She has been employed by the school for several years.

Principal Alan

Principal Alan is a junior high school principal and a senior building administrator in a suburban/rural district. He encourages staff to demonstrate lifelong learning.
