It's been nearly 2 months since I stopped taking Meridia and my weight did not changed.
I have quickly gained about 2 pounds, but it must be water, I suppose. Diet pills usually
lower the level of water in the body, so it seems natural that it goes up after the treatment. That's O.K. with me, since no more gain is observed.
For the first 3 weeks I did not notice any difference. It helped me to get through the "Christmas food" season. Later the apetite increased slowly, and now I eat about 1/4 - 1/3 more. But I maintain the low calory food, eliminating all possible fat.
Early in March I plan to do another electric body test that tells you how much fat and water it contains and what are the right amounts for you. I will be able to compare it with the last one I had at the end of my diet regime in mid-December. I hope my expectations will be confirmed: I have gained water and not fat.
I have read somewhere that Meridia was invented accidentally while working on some "mood" pills. It must be true, because, since I stopped taking it, I am not so joyful as I used to be. It's not a big issue, I'm not in the bad mood, I'd rather say, I am back in my regular state. It is not something you may notice during the treatment, and definitely nothing addictive. So, nothing to worry about.
Here are some new pics of me taken during Christmas time, unfortunately, they do not show much and were taken by some "lousy photographers". Too bad, my company looks great every Christmas. And I look pretty good, too.
So, more news after March 1st. I might decide to continue to loose more pounds before the swimsuit season.
Take care, guys.
