| A tall slender soft spoken gent who was a friend to all. He was an owner, driver, and supplied the sound system at Mid-State Speedway in Morris N.Y. While others strained to be the most competitive they could be, Pappy was there for the fun of it. He very often could be seen grinning and waving to his family and along with the rest of the grandstand lap after lap.He passed away in the early 90's but his name and the memories he left behind will always be with us who knew him.The famous circle 6 aka the "Miss North Norwich Special". |
