The hotel has a bar, indoor pool & hot tub and a continental breakfast every day from 7am-10am: biscuits & gravy, waffles, fresh fruit, doughnuts, juice, milk, coffee, tea & water.

AT THE DOOR:
$30 for Adults - $15 for Children (5-17) - Under 5 no charge
Food option not available for the at the door participants.

SUMMIT SCHEDULE:

Friday:
5 pm - 10 pm Open house hosted by the Riverside & Summit check-in, Pool side or Renaissance Room

Saturday:
7 am RC's Captains call breakfast meeting

8:30 am Riverside float walkers/riders depart for Parade line up

10:00 am Riverside for Parade, followed by Trek Fest activities and Commissioning/First Watch of USS Riverside.

1 pm - 2 pm: Boxed lunch at the hotel, Renaissance Room

2 pm - 4 pm: General Session, Renaissance Room
* Piping aboard of Senior Staff
* Greetings and Introductions by the Summit Coordinator
* Comments by the Senior VRC
* Comments and the State of the Region Address by the RC
* Reports by Regional Department Heads
* Presentation of promotions by the RC and ship commanding officers
* Open forum for questions/comments to the Regional Staff

4 pm - 6 pm: Go to Trek Fest functions and/or personal free time

6 pm - 7 pm: Evening dinner gathering/social hour, pool side

7 pm - 8 pm Banquet and Ships' Award presentation, Renaissance Room

9 pm - 11 pm: Trek Fest Fireworks, fire works start at 10 pm

Sunday:
7 am -10 am: Closing Session @ Breakfast

CARPOOL:
Susan Beck, is keeping a list of those wishing to form a car pool, please let her know where you need to meet at for the trip to Coralville and Riverside. She also needs to know if you are willing to drive or need a lift. Sharing of fuel expenses etc. is up to the pool to decide.
