This is like aerobics to country music, or the Stepford Wives do a hoe-down.
For many in UK, Country music is for anoraks (sad bastards), but then again, many in UK aren’t aware of any
Country since Tammy Wynette and Loretta Lynn. Personally, I love Prairie Fairie Dancing, but as illustrated by the
label, I refuse to take it too seriously. In fact there’s little I take seriously. I try to limit myself to 10 minutes
grown-up talk per day.
I generally go dancing at Lines& Bears (good way to combine two interests, and truth be told, I only ever started
linedancing ‘cos someone told me it was full of cute bears).
I'm was the club rep. for Lines and Bears for the International Assosociation of Gay & Lesbian Country Western Dance Clubs, but as almost everything was U.S. based, Lines & Bears let it's membership lapse.

I've not been dancing much this year. Last year managed some multiple knee dislocations....thought things were better, but managed to re-dislocate it again in January....so on a PrairieFairydancing sabbatical....and I haven't worked out if it'll be temporary or permanent yet.
