The original plan was for Frank and myself to do the Western Arthurs and meet the rest of our club members at Pass Ck Campsite and do Federation Peak. Frank's footwear failed on our first day having just asscended Morraine K in the wet we made it to lake Cygnus with one of his souls on his boots flapping around. In the morning we decided to head back to Junction Ck , Frank to go back to Scott's Peak and me to wait for Paul, Barbara, Linda, and Peter.
When the others arrived we did Western Arthurs, a magnificant walk in reasonable conditions compared to my previous experiences and got back safely.
