History
The first dog came to our family in 1987. She was a Bearded Collie bitch Jane. Jane was taken for obedience and companion. And what a wonderful companion she was to all our family especially to the children. Jane did very well in obedience and shows and turned out to be an excellent breeding bitch. She produced some progenies who have managed excellently in obedience, agility and shows. Jane suddenly passed away one spring day on 12th May 2000. She left so big a hole in our hearts that nothing or nobody can ever fill it. |

Then two years later came the first Border Collie Mike. He is very eager to do obedience, agility and everything I can think of. He had a short and successful show career. He could never be used for breeding because of his hip dysplasia. But nevertheless he has lived a happy life giving us a lot of joy and fun. He's now thirteen and still going strong. His speed and energy don't ever decrease. |

In December 1991 Jane had a litter of seven puppies. One of the girls never left us and so we got our Nuppu. Nuppu got her title (FIN CH) very quickly and she has given us one litter of four boys. Nuppu is trialing in obedience class 3 and in agility class 2. | ![]() |
Then I imported some Border Collies from Australia. Finally after many years of waiting I got a chocolate and white Border Collie bitch Lilli. She flew into the middle of freezing and stormy Finnish winter from the southern warmth with her sister Rommi. She was only twelve weeks old but full of life and tricks. She came out of her box after being there for almost two days looked at me like saying "Hello, here I am . Ain't I cute? What shall we do?" It really was love at first sight. |

Lilli is from Australian working and
obedience lines. And that shows also in her behavior. She never gets
enough of anything. No matter what's in guestion: agility, obedience,
flyball, searching, ... . At the moment Lilli is trialing in obedience class 4 and in agility she is in class 3. Agility is her passion. She needs no motivation, no good bits, no balls, no playing, nothing... She just runs and jumps and climbs and weaves as long as she drops to the ground unless I take her away to rest for a while. |
In the autumn 2001 we travelled to England to pick a new member to our family. So we got a sweet little girl Shauna. Shauna is very energetic, always full of life and bustle. She has an amazing imagination. She finds new games with her toys all the time. She's so busy that she hardly has time to eat anything. |

Shauna has already started her obedience career. In spite of her youg age she's in the third class. In agility she just passed the elementary cource. We have no hurry. Too much agility training is not good for a young dog. Even though Shauna loves doing it. At the moment she has much more enthusiasm than skill. She also likes tracking and herding. |
