3 INPUT WOMAN "Victim of the Modern Age" Fuck the Scene Productions Go cry to mommy PC dorks, here is a nice opus of filthy hatecore that is sure to offend all pussies. Cool! For fans of ANAL CUNT, 3IW is a blend of various metal styles with blasts and noise holding it all together so that it remains sick. Joke songs here and there, dashes of punk and hardcore. Hilarious titles, you will smile. For those that don't know 3IW indeed also evolved from pure noisecore to what it is today. The lead "singer", Justin aka McMassacre has been mistaken for WWF's Al Snow before! Ern of VOMIT SPAWN/CADAVER REMOVAL TECHNICIAN/Fuck the Scene Productions  appears for additional vocals, and though he's not an official member at this time he may be jamming with 3IW more in the future for recordings and maybe shows. For those of you who can't get enough mean-spirited and all around fun grind noise hate, this band deserves your attention. ABSCESS "Tormented" Necropolis/Death Vomit What can be said for ABSCESS? Well, a run down would be this; AUTOPSY decided to split mutually, and before even their final album, members had conceived ABSCESS, an all new blend of styles, straying from anything common. The result was a blend of AUTOPSY, punk and metal. It was cool and unique, a lot of paople liked it. Me personally, I thought it was indeed cool and unique, but knew it would never be my true cup of musical tea. That's not a bad thing, but just means that it wasn't something I was real excited about. But what have we here? ABSCESS have delivered a real treat to the old school fans! Gory Death, traditional but in no way common, a return to that style, great for those that were missing the previous band! Did they get tired of the punk style? I don't think so, the band remains very individual but I think have rounded out a style that is perfect for themselves, ironically going back to an older way of playing! (Will update soon, have to go do some shit). ANAL BLAST "Vaginal Vempire" When I finally got this CD I wondered why I'd waited. I was under the impression that I was to hear another death/grind band that wouldn't strike me as overly interesting. But AB is truly brutal and obscene porno death grind. Yes there are hings of brutal death. That is not a bad thing. But for the most part I see the band as a US version of porno gore. The cover is a hilarious spoof on CRADLE OF FLITH; ANAL OF BLAST, very nice. Blasts and heaviness abound this disgusting and brutal release with great song titles, enough to turn your stomach! That's right people, extreme music is meant to shock, not save the whales. Believe it or not. Horrific grind will never die, so there nanny nanny boo boo. AUTOPSY "Torn from the Grave" Peaceville I was a little disappointed when I recieved this. No, it's not a bad release but I'd mistakenly expected a collection of rare material. It's in fact more of a "best of" collection with about 5 live tracks. Sure I'm happy to get the live songs. It also has some demo tracks though. All previous covers are displayed with a great digipak layout. The cover is in the pure horror tradition too, a ghoul's trip through the graveyard. An introduction by the main man Chris Reifert is featured. But if you have all albums, why bother? Sure if you're die hard for the band, as am I, yeah I'd buy it again, but what I'd really like to see is a release of those two live recordings that I've heard were released on Peaceville once upon a time. If you'd like just a choice cut sampling of the gore death masters, this is for you. BRAINBLEED "La Mer est Mort"/BIZARRE EMBALMING "Medical" Not bad at all. BRAINBLEED is grind with I guess what you'd consider political and social lyrics, not really my forte for theme and imagery, sure the music's what counts. The songs are somewhat long and go on for a bit longer than I can get into. But I guess they need to fit the lyrics in. BE is patological grind with hints of death. They too aren't exactly pure and raw gore grind but worth checking out for you gore heads that can't get enough trips to the morgue. I'll be keeping my eye on this band. BRUTALITY REIGNS SUPREME/GRUESOME STUFF RELISH "Brothers in Gore" Here we go, a quite sick combo that'll make your day. Both bands have only 2 members. BRS I believe is former members of cult gore band SEXOCIST, me being not cultured as I'd like to be, have yet to hear SEXORCIST, but I've ordered their discography CD. Sick! Crunching and dirty sounding gore grind with a drum machine. It will remind you a lot of SLOUGH which says a lot considering SLOUGH is by far one of the most awesome and uncompromixing bands in the scene today! The riffing is pummeling, crunchy and very catchy, all at once! So you get memorable songs while remaining purely the most brutal form of music ever. Chunky barf vocals that still sound out sylables of the lyrics, without being too cleanly. A cover of IMPETIGO's "Boneyard"! GSR is cool, from spain and uses a real drummer. There is no doubt in my mind that they are HAEMORRHAGE fans! Gore lyrics and nasty vocals, not the heaviest gore grind I've ever heard but gore grind nonetheless. Cool murderous song titles except fot "Meat is Murder", duh! Didn't those queers in THE SMITHS already do that one? Who cares, it doesn't botch the band. "We certainly aren't militant vegenarians because we could care less what other people eat." - Bill Steer/CARCASS. Check out the wicked cover art like an old zombie movie complete with a half-clothed woman! A must have gore release! MESRINE "Going to the Morgue" Cool! This grind act is in the serial killer vain, anthems of the demented pricks who attempted to destroy society (can you blame them?). Well sure I don't condone serial killers but hell, MACABRE has taught us the beauty of using them as a theme for extreme music. Most lyrics are not in English (Czech?). But most of them you can learn about on the net or in the lyrics of MACABRE anyway! I love the cover, very cool and almost stylish photo of a green female corpse lying on the slab, very nice. Music is raw and totally agressibe, pure grind! Very nasty and dirty souding low barf vocals, with of course the high screams, quite pissed off. Fast and furious and a dream package for anyone that craves the horror of grind, gore and tales of horror in reality, expressed through entertaining music! PROSTHETIC CUNT "Fuckin' Your Daughter with a Frozen Vomit Fuck Stick" Wow! How about that album title! Did it offend you? Then you are not wanted in the realm of Pus Vomit! Leave now, you have seen too much coward! KOM 2 and LSC are our extraterrestrial friends who arrive in their 469 Resinian Battleship to destroy Earth for being so damn gay. They blow up Walmart, which was nice for me because I was poor and tried to steal a Star Wars toy for my little brother's 5th birthday and they gave me 40 hours community service after putting me in a headlock over a $4.97 toy. Take that puny humans! The means in which they break down the weak human's defenses is by means of music so utterly extreme, that it obliterates the minds of the shallow pussys that dwell around us. "The Others" are the comrades of PROSTHETIC CUNT, who are most definitely scattered about the Earth in cooperation of destroying the weak and gay. You may consider them the minute few who share the conquest in creating music of the most brutal and extreme nature. One interesting phenomena I've seen, is the case of Mr. Drew of MICROPHALLUS, who created his barbaric anthems of Cyber Gore-Grinding mayhem with electronic means, where he'd not yet heard PROSTHETIC CUNT to my knowledge, the sound is still very similar! I now believe Drew to be a special agent of PROSTHETIC CUNT. So don't mess with him! He's a higer up! The CD contains snapshots provided by them of their destructive assault on corporate Earth, what a pleasant scene! Puts my black heart at ease. The music that so brutally pummels the mortals is in essence, short and fast onslaughts of supersonic blasting electronic blast beats, guttural vomitting vocals and gory screams, with crunching and downtuned guitar vibrations that rip through MTV mindstates like tissue paper. Silly and ridiculous intros and outros taken from radiowaves present the sonic blasts in a very vile and hilarious presentation that normal minds can't comprehend. Go ahead, try playing this CD for that guy you know who only listens to what MTV tells him to, and see if he can comprehend! I guarentee that he won't be able. Of course they were wise, and decided to immortalize the female vagina in a prosthetic form before the mass human obliteration ommensed, as we couldn't survive with that. Thus the name was created. It has been rumored that members of MORTICIAN are behind this, should that be true then we have been fans of extra terrestrials this whole time! Cool! But hell, just because the supposed BRUJERIA background wasn't true doesn't mean that these aren't really willowy black-eyed aliens.
