In the Name of Allah, The Compassionate, The Merciful The Messenger's (s.a.w) character |
The Qur'anic formula of qualities comprising the Islamic character, in all its varied types, was perfectly and practically incarnated during the process of guidance carried out by the Prophet (s.a.w) The Character of the Messenger of Allah (s.a.w) represents the highest one in the Muslim community where there were diverse and different kinds of Muslim personalities. He was supreme in thought and awareness. The perfect example in his worship and adherence to his Lord. The pioneer in dealing with his family, friends and community. He was the ideal in resolving matters, truthful and brave in facing calamities. He was the first to precede others in every virtue and the first in outstanding merits. Whatever has been said in praise of his sublime morality in the past or present, the praise of Allah, the High, in His Book, remains the most accurate, truthful and expressive description of his great personality. Allah's words are: "And most surely you conform (yourself) to sublime morality." (Holy Qur'an 68:4) are Divine evidence, unequalled and unmatched in the greatness of the Prophet's morals and manners, and his prime example in dealing with his Lord, himself and his community. That is because morals are an all-embracing concept in every form of human conduct. It is a testimony that no one except Allah and His Messenger know the depth of. It was give by Allah, the Great and High, recorded by the soul of the universe and made eternal, echoing in heaven so long as Allah wills.
