In the Name of the holy high praised Trinity God the Father, God the Son and God the holy Ghost Amen.

I, Jacob Stober, have by myself considered and consulted, whereas I have attained a considerable Age, through God's particular Grace, and my Life may soon be at an End, and I like all other People, destined to dye, have to go the Road of all the World. I have therefore in good Health and Reason, in my own Hand writing, set down my Will and Testament and figured the same, in the Year and Day hereafter mentioned and I am doing this knowingly, and that it shall so remain and thank God my heavenly Father for his Mercy, fatherly Love and Knowledge of him, also thank God the Son for his faithfull Redemption, Satisfying and paying for my Sin, also thank God the holy Ghost for his Sanctifying, enlighttening, eternal and living Consolation, and for all Blessings the high true God hath mercifully and fatherly granted me from my Mothers Womb and from my Childhood to Body and Soul, and recommand my Soul to my Saviour Jesus Christ, in his mercifull allmighty Hands, and my earthly Body to an easy Rest and joyfull Resurrection at the great Day of the Appearance of our Lord Jesus Christ in his Glory, and may be fashioned like unto his glorious Body forever Amen.

The Estate which I leave shall be devided between my Children, viz: Those who shall get no Land of me, each of them shall first receive One hundred and fifty Pounds of the Money arrising out of the Land. And what Ballance remains shall be equally devided between all my Children Viz: my Son Michael Stober shall receive at first One hundred fifty Pounds. And my Daughter Christina Stober shall receive at first One hundred and fifty Pounds. And my Daughter Margareth Stober, shall receive at first One hundred and fifty Pounds and my daughter Barbara Stober shall receive at first One hundred anf fifty Pounds. And my Daughter Catharine Stober shall receive at first One hundred and Fifty Pounds, and my Daughter Eve Stober shall receive at first One hundred and Fifty Pounds. After each of those Six Children shall have received there One hundred and fifty Pounds, The Ballance shall remain till after the Death of the Mother. If she remains to be my Widow, it shall remain in her hands for her Use till after her Death, and what might remain, shall all be devided in equal Shares, between all my Children, viz: Jacob Stober and Adam Stober, and John Stober, and Valentine Stober, and Michael Stober, and my Daughter Ann Maria and Margareth Stober, and Christina Stober and Barbara Stober, and Catharine Stober and Eve Stober.

N.B. If any of my Children should behave bad, or marrie a bad Husband, then the said Husband shall have no Power over the Legacy, and the same shall and must be kept for her and her Children

N.B. If any one of those Heirs will not submit and will not be content, with what I have made or will go to Law, shall be excluded of its Legacy

And all my Confidence, Love and Hope I have for Executors, viz: my hearty beloved Wife Eve, and my dear Son Jacob and my dear Son Valentine, those have the whole Power to execute my will, and to give each of my Children its Share, as the same is made to them.
