In the name of God, Amen. I, Andrew Stover, Pine Creek, of the Township of Haines in the County of Centre, and State of Pennsylvania, farmer, being weak in body, but of sound mind, memory and understanding, but considering the uncertainty of this transitory life, do make and publish this my last will and testament, in manner and form following, to wit: First, it is my will and I do order, that all my just debts and funeral expences be duly paid and satisfied, as soon as conveniently can be after my decease.
Item. I give and bequeath unto my dear wife Polly all my Real and Personal Property which shall be left after my decease for the term of Ten years after my Decease and do also ordain that my said wife shall keep and maintain my Children under age and that my Son Andrew J. Stover shall be the Farmer of the Land during his minority and at the Expiration of his minority he and his mother shall make their agreement which shall be binding.
Item. and after the Expiration of the said Ten years it is my will that all my Real & personal property shall be sold by my Executors hereinafter mentioned by private or publick Sale or to the best advantage and the proceeds thereof to be divided among my Children Share and Share alike.
And lastly, I hereby Constitute and appoint my two sons George M. Stover and Andrew J. Stover to be my Executors of this my Last will and Testament, hereby revoking all former wills heretofore by me made.
