Halley's comet passes by but once a century
twice if by luck
a bright beacon in the starry night sky
I can feel its power pulling me and I float high above the ground
let it take me for a ride
a chance like this doesn't come around often
as I drift closer, its form becomes clearer and clearer
a woman's body with long flowing copper-highlighted auburn hair sailing behind her as she
light-speeds along
the bright intensity I witnessed before, the tantalizing scent of her whole being
the heat radiating behind her, the fire of her thoughts and emotions
and the core, her heart of hearts
take me along on your never-ending journey of the Heavens
I have always dreamed of seeing the universe
a cosmic endeavor like this doesn't come often
let us soar together till the end of time
the distant stars call
