Taylor shook his head. "Let's get it over with," Troy said, before hauling him to his feet. He stared at Matt as he walked over to him, and barely noticed Troy cutting his wrists free. "Hold out your arms," Matt instructed. Taylor just froze. "We haven't got all day," Matt raised his eyebrows. Still, he didn't move. "A little help," Troy looked toward the men. The second strightjacket holder went over to him. Together, they grabbed Taylor's arms and held them out. That was when he began to struggle. "No!" he cried, trying to twist out of their grip. But Matt moved fast, and in no time he had his arms in. Then they began to buckle him up. When they were almost done, he fell to his knees and stared at the floor. Matt finished, then pulled him up again. "The isolation rooms," Matt nodded to two men, then followed them from the room. Our remaining four looked at Troy. "Take the two girls to the cells," he ordered. Angie and Amy were taken away. Troy watched them go, then smiled at me and Zac. "Now... I'm sure that you two, 'trouble makers' also had something to do with what went on... even if Matt won't admit it," he said, looking us over. Zac rolled his eyes. "And after reports I've heard about you, I don't trust you enough to just lock you away. So I'm going to give you a little treat," he grinned. He walked over to the pole and we were made to follow. "You will be the only ones restrained in an open room where we can fully supervise you," he raised his eyebrows. Then the two men behind us suddenly took hold of our shoulders and shoved us up against the pole back-to-back. Troy pulled out a roll of tape as our alternate wrists were hand cuffed together. Then Troy handed the men the tape, and they began circling it around us. "Just to make sure you don't go anywhere," Troy almost laughed. Once they were done, Troy ripped the gag from Zac's mouth, and then went to sit on a nearby double lounge. The two men left the room. I felt Zac clench his fists as I closed my eyes for a moment. Troy just sat still and watched us. It was about then that Matt re-entered the room, and after looking us over joined Troy on the lounge. "So this is our entertainment for the rest of the day or what?" he said, getting comfortable. "How are the other two?" Troy asked. "Oh they're fine," Matt waved a hand at him, "Taylor's a little shaken up, but he'll get over it." They hesitated. "You know, as well as Taylor these two were Greg's favourite," Matt began. I looked up at the mention of his name. "Why?" Troy asked. "I guess he just liked a challenge," Matt grinned. "What exactly happened to him?" Troy asked. Matt hesitated. "No one knows for sure, apart from her," he looked at me, "and Taylor." Troy looked at me. I looked away. "All I know is that it involved them and three other men going over a bit of a cliff," Matt went on. "What are we going to do about their surprise?" Troy suddenly asked. Matt thought for a moment, then said "I want Zac to see it first." Zac immediately turned to him. "Why him?" Troy asked. "You might find out later," Matt grinned. They didn't stay in the room long, and two other men replaced them to watch us. We were glad when they left us. As my right hand and Zac's left were on the opposite side of us to the men, Zac had begun fiddling with the hand cuffs. What he planned to do if he got them off I had no idea. But not a moment later, we saw Matt re-enter the room and march angrily toward us. "Check them for knives, the girls each had one," he demanded. Our eyes widened, as I quickly put my foot up against the pole. As my knife was in the opposite pocket to the one facing the men I had no trouble hiding my movement as I quickly moved it into my shoe. I quickly stood up again as the two men began checking our pockets. Zac's knife was pulled out. "She's clean," the man who checked me informed Matt. He just sneered, and left the room again. Zac sighed as the men sat down again. I breathed a sigh of relief. I felt that Zac knew I still had mine, and was relieved. The two men watching us were replaced half an hour later. Zac and I were both yawning, and felt we couldn't stand for much longer. It was at least another twenty minutes later that Matt returned. He came straight over to us and used Zac's knife to slit the tape down the side. We both instantly fell to the ground, as the two watchers came to remove the tape and hand cuffs. "Give them a rest for a second, they have quite a time ahead," Matt told them, then went to find Troy. Zac watched him go, before leaning back against the pole. Both Matt and Troy returned not a minute later, though Troy stayed by the doorway. After talking to the watchers for a moment, Matt began to walk away. The two men came over to us and lifted us from the ground to follow him. After meeting Troy we began down the corridor, parallel to the one we had entered by. We knew this was where Isaac and Taylor had been taken. About only ten feet into the corridor, we stopped at a large window. It looked into a small rectangular room, which just looked like a viewing area into the two adjoining rooms. The two doors were together, with windows either side. We guessed they were mirrored on the inside, because in either room sat Isaac and Taylor. Taylor was on the left, curled up in a corner with his eyes closed. Isaac was on the right sitting up against the back wall, looking up to the roof. We stood and watched them for a moment, as Troy went through the next door and disappeared. Matt stayed with us. After a moment, Troy came out again. "He's asleep," he informed Matt. "Good," he replied. "Who?" Zac looked between them. Matt smiled at Troy, who indicated for us to look through the window into the next room. We glanced at Matt. "Here's your surprise," he raised his eyebrows, still smiling. Zac looked to the window, and I followed him over to it. He closed his eyes for a second before taking a good look. He stared. |
