Taylor took a look at Matt, then at Troy, and then freaked out. "Oh no! No way!" he exclaimed. As Matt was the only one holding him, he managed to get free, and bolted for the side wall. "Taylor..." Matt began. He was shaking his head, staring at the metal tools. "Come on Taylor..." Matt began, beginning toward him. He backed off further, into the back corner. Troy was making his way around the other side to cut him off. The third man drew his gun. "Taylor!" Zac exclaimed. "It's ok, we can handle it," Matt convinced the man. He put the gun away, as Matt again pulled out the remote. "Oh no..." Taylor murmured again, before he pressed the button. He again cried out at the sudden pain, and fell to his knees. Troy and Matt went to get him. They pulled him up by the shoulders, took him to the table, and slammed him down onto it. I saw Zac struggling, as the man beside him pulled out a bit of cloth and began to tie it around his mouth. Matt again turned the remote off as Taylor was spun onto his stomach and his ankles were tied down. He was shaking. Troy bent down, and hand cuffed his wrists beneath the table. Taylor shook his head to get his hair out of his eyes. "We can't operate if he can't keep still," one of the men in a mask said. That was the same voice of the man who'd first taken Zac again, but I couldn't see his face. Matt hesitated. "Damn it. Knock him out," he said finally. Taylor looked up worriedly as one of the two men took hold of a ready syringe, and began to dig it into his upper arm. "Relax, unless you want an overdose," the man warned. It was over in seconds, and they waited until Taylor fell asleep. Zac was staring at the wall. The operation went on. As far as I could see, they implanted a small microchip into him, before untying him. The third man, who'd stayed beside Zac, began to unstrap him before Taylor could take his place. Zac ripped the gag from his mouth, and turned to Matt and Troy. "You're not doing that to me," he shook his head. "Yes we are Zac," Matt smiled, putting a hand on his shoulder. Zac threw it off. "Don't touch me," he almost growled, before walking over to the table. He hesitated, before sitting up on it, and the two masked men pushed him down onto his stomach. "Give me your hands," Troy instructed. Zac did as he was told, and he was restrained. "Want to do this one consciously?" one of the men asked. "No way in hell," Zac said. "Sedate him," Matt nodded, before suddenly hitting him across the face. I jumped. "Watch your mouth," he warned, before moving away. Zac was sedated, and the second operation went on. Once it was over, we were taken back to the other room. As the chair I'd been in wasn't suitable for anyone at the time, and the pole was still hot (though cooling down) the three of us were taken to the cell. They placed Taylor on the bed and chained his wrists, Zac was laid on the floor next to the bars, and I was on the outside with my left hand hand cuffed to Zac's right. Once they closed the cell, they left the room. Isaac, Angie and Amy were just looking at me. I sighed. "They implanted them with another connection. Taylor should be awake soon," I said, then leant against the bars and closed my eyes. Minutes later, I jumped at a commotion from the bed. Taylor had awoken with a start, not knowing where he was. "Are you ok?" I asked softly. He looked towards me, still not completely with us, before nodding slightly. I nodded to Ike. "Did... did they finish the whole thing?" he asked, glancing at Zac. I nodded again. Taylor sighed, and fell back onto the bed. About ten minutes later, we again heard footsteps. Matt opened the door, and immediately looked in on us. He sighed angrily. "How long until he's awake?" he demanded. "It should be soon," a voice replied. Matt mumbled something, then just leant against the door to wait. In a matter of minutes, we heard a moan from Zac. Matt stepped out the door for a second and yelled 'Come on, let's go!' before coming back in. He unlocked the hand cuffs and shoved me toward a man waiting behind, before opening the cell. A second man went for Taylor as Matt lifted a groggy Zac from the floor. We were again led out of the room. "Oh man..." Zac moaned, grabbing his head. The men ignored him. We were led down the same corridor Zac and I had been taken to before, though further down. The room we came to was dark, and had a pole in the centre. Matt took Zac over to it as Taylor and I were brought in. We stayed near the doorway. Matt made him stand in front of the pole, then began to tie his wrists together around it with cord. We could tell that Zac was still too groggy to know what was happening. "What are you gonna do?" Taylor looked to Troy who'd just entered the room. "Just an experiment," he replied. Taylor and I were shoved down into the corner as Matt revealed some duct tape and covered his mouth. We were looking worried. "Where's Murray?" Matt demanded. "He's coming, don't worry," Troy replied. At that moment, another man appeared in the doorway... with a whip. Taylor took one look at it and began to struggle. "ZAC! No!" he yelled. "Don't make me gag you too," Matt threatened, taking the whip, as Murray and a fourth man tried to control him. "Should we sedate him?" one of them asked. "What are you, nuts? What do you think we're here for?" Matt scorned, getting ready. Taylor was again shoved into the corner with me, as the man that held him pulled out a gun. "Watch it with that," Troy warned, seeing him, "and only go for the legs." Taylor sat back to the wall with his knees to his chest when he heard that. "Can we have a few less people in here? Troy, stay. You, watch them. Everyone else, out!" Matt ordered. The men left the room, and a grin crossed Matt's face as he turned to Zac. |
