The band attended Maghera Star of Down's annual parade in Newcastle on Saturday night. Over 30 bands attended the parade which despite interferance from the P.C was a complete success. No rebs were bused in this year from Castlewellan etc so it was a trouble free night where a large number of locals were able to enjoy the parade. Down a few fluters from last night but band was going well. Added the results from the paper below. No major craic tonight, suspect the lads are saving themselves for our coach trip to Castlederg. Its going to be a late one.
