Rate-It-All

For this part, all you have to do is just fill in the spaces where needed using the scale shown.  I understand that everyone hasn't seen the show from the beginning, so if you can't answer something because of that or for some other reason, just put "N/A" in the space.  When you're done, just click submit at the bottom of the page.  It's quick and easy and should probably just take a couple minutes of your time.  For my own reference, if you could just type your name in the top box I'd appreciate it.
