Setting up the canopies on Tuesday 25 March 2008 starting at 2:30PM. We have eight canopies to set up plus tables and chairs to arrange. With eight people helping I expect it would take about 1.5 hours. Email me at jeodea@aol.com or call me at 941 - 697 - 2002 to volunteer and I will get you a pass into the park that day.

Registration help: need 3 people to help with registration in the morning, we expect a large number of new people showing up each day and want to process them ASAP before classes start at 9am. See Lucille Erickson at Camp site #1 on Tuesday afternoon if you can for a "process" briefing or show up at the Registration tent as soon as you can after 7:30am each day.

Evening activity help: we need help setting up for PotLuck dinner, Pizza night and Hot Dog night. See Lucille at camp site #1 or the Registration Tent to volunteer.

Taking down canopies, cleaning of tables and chairs and putting them away, etc. We will start taking down the canopies on Sunday afternoon 30 March as each class finishes with the objective of having them all down about 5:30pm.
