1) One paragraph summary of the key idea summarizing
the topic of the week.

This week, we studied faith and it's major aspects regarding faith.  We learned that there are four components of a biblical faith. 1) Faith begins with a loving trust 2) There is a period of doubt and struggle 3) There is a period of darkness 4) Faith is a life long series of decisions.  These four components are true with a lot of biblical stories.  We also learned about the seven aspects of Faith being - grace, risk, reasonable, understanding, free human response, certain, and virtue.  These seven things contribute to Faith with a capital "F."  Another key idea from the week was nihilism and radicalism.  Nihilism is a viewpoint that traditional values and beliefs are unfounded and that existence is senseless and useless.  Whereas radicalism is adamantly believing something is true without any evidence to support that belief.  These two ideas are very different, but faith is the idea that balances the two ideas out.
