Fire Down Below (1997)* The only sucky Seagal movie,all the others rocked,but I don't know what went wrong here. Seagal plays an undercover agent who goes to investigate toxic waste dumping in a small Kentucky town. There are a lot of things that I could go into about why it's so bad,but let me just say it was the first Seagal movie to go straight to video in england,which says it all. By far Seagal's lowest point.
