| Virtual Assassin (1995) Cast:Michael Dudikoff,Brion James,Suki Kaiser Michael Dudikoff stars as a Janitor/Ex-cop who takes on a sinister criminal who plans on ruling the world through cyberspace however along with Dudikoff is a robot called C.Y.C.L.O.P.S which also helps take out a few bad guys respectively, along the way Brion James overacts and nobody takes this seriously making Virtual Assassin a lot more fun than the usual Dudikoff offering. The best line in the film is when Brion James finds out the name of Michael Dudikoff's character. "Nick, Nick James, I used to fuck a guy in prison named Nick, No, that was Nick Jones." Clearly that's when this movie hit it's streak, not to mention watching James shriek lines like "Tonight god will be lucky if I return his calls!" plus the action is well staged and Dudikoff gives a more animated performance than usual, his usual strong and silent demeanor is actually put on hold in favor of a more humorous and talkative hero who also happens to know martial arts. Certainly the movie itself looks cheap but the speciall effects are good, plus the C.Y.C.L.O.P.S effect is indeed a good touch which only add to the fun factor. Virtual Assassin is a lot of fun because it's the perfect example of a movie done in the right type of mood and state of mind, not to mention that it feels as if the producers are taking their material to the to limit and never for a second taking any of it seriously...
