| Strategic Command (1997) Cast:Michael Dudikoff,Paul Winfield,Richard Norton,Amanda Wyss Routine actioner about a commando who breaches a stranglehold to save hostages on a plane take over by terrorists. Michael Dudikoff's low key (non) acting has always been a liability but here, Dudikoff seems more relaxed and the actionscenes are well chreographed on the plus side, however on the down side, we have a routine plot that has been done over a million times over (By Dudikoff four times and counting!) and the "Die Hard" plot is better left alone, however despite the routine plot the movie still is entertaining in a brain-dead kind of way, sure it's not very good, but those starved for action should find a lot to like here, Dudikoff himself seems to find himself in cheap movies like this that nobody really wants to be in, so to be fair the execution isn't half as good as say The Peacekeeper or Sudden Death, but entertainment is where you find it, and Strategic Command has it's share of fun behind the routine plot.
