| No Code Of Conduct (1998) Cast:Charlie Sheen,Martin Sheen,Mark Dacascos,Paul Gleason By the numbers cop movie which has C.Sheen and M.Sheen teaming up to wipe out mobsters in this disappointingly sub-par and very dull cop actioner .. The main problem with No Code Of Conduct is that the movie is so dull and predictable that even people hiding under a rock for 30 years would be able to predict the film's ending, let alone for those who haven't. Dacascos is the only thing that makes this sub-par effort rise above the basement where this movie would have plenty of company, because no code of conduct will keep you awake for this bore.
