Back in 93, David Bradley made a career move, leaving behind his grade Z marial arts movies to make movies heavier on gun-fire, naturally this didn't make him a star, but aside from the cheeseball effects and stilted action, for once Bradley's dull look works, unfortunately the movie doesn't.
