| Code Of Silence (1985) Cast:Chuck Norris,Henry Silva,Molly Hagan Chuck Norris stars as a lone wolf cop who goes up against a mobster in order to protect a woman who just so happens to be the mobster's rival daughter. An above average script, and Norris doing a good Eastwood impression make this one of Norris' better chop outs and the movie is rather enjoyable and although the climax is rather silly (Norris and a robot are slaughtering mobsters) Code Of Silence delivers the goods. Perhaps the flaw here is that Code Of Silence is too routine for it's own good, the movie has the flaw of being very dated as well as that this storyline has been done so much that it seems almost undistinguishable from the crowd but of course the movie has some enjoyable actionscenes and the movie itself is well made and nicely polished thanks to genre vet Davis who puts the viewer right into the action, Although somewhat bland this movie entertains and marks as one of Norris' best.
