| Balance Of Power (1996) Cast:Billy Blanks,James Lew,Mako Billy Blanks headlines this predictable caper about a karate instructor who takes on a drug dealer in the ring who hurt one of his students while being trained by a martial arts expert (Mako) in this disappointingly poor martial arts film will no doubt disappoint genre fans with it's lightweight actionscenes and sub-par cinematography. Balance Of Power will be nearly unwatchable for anyone under the age of 14 since it's given an annoying kid element which really brings it down.. Billy Blanks fans may like this one but it's not one of his best. Had the movie upped the suspense level this could've been a heckuva movie, James Lew is still a formidable heavy but this movie offers no surprizes and for that this movie isn't very entertaining.
