| Back In Action (1994) Cast:Roddy Piper,Billy Blanks,Bobbie Phillips Back In Action is a movie made for the action junkie to enjoy, it's actionscenes are well mounted and the relationship between Blanks and Piper provide this with alot of fun moments. The plot involves Piper and Blanks teaming up to protect Blanks sister from mobsters who want her dead in this well executed assault on the senses. Back In Action is so full of action that it almost seems like it's delighting in ways millions of thugs can be slaughtered and it's all played with a tounge in cheek. Piper also comes off rather well for the more animated of the duo while Blanks has a ferocious animal like agility that give the actionscenes a huge level of intensity. Back In Action may not be the movie that people will be remembering for generations to come, but it's certainly worth a look for fans of the genre. D.Paul Ziller *** |
