WHAZZZ UP WITH THE POKERPAYDAY?
MY STORY

I received my monthly poker magazine and in it was a advertisement for pokerpayday.com so I thought why not I am a pretty good poker player. I filled out the application and took the test (which I tested better than most as I heard so do most) I did not give any credit card information at that time. Dj called 3 times and left a message for me to get a hold of him. I returned his call and he told me after looking over my experience they might be interested in sponsoring me. He asked me questions about my poker style and told me what the sponsorships included. He then said he needed to dicuss this further with his partner and would call me back in twenty minutes which he did telling me I was accepted and would need to give them the $99 which I gladly did. The idea of competing in real poker tournaments for a year at that price is pretty exciting! I live in a small town in Oregon and there are not any casinos or cardrooms so this was perfect. I paid my dues on Jan 2 and anxiously awaited my contract which was to be for 54 poker tournaments which I only needed to play half of. He said they would bankroll me for $7,000 in on-line and live tournaments. They would pay for my hotel and travel and even for a friend to go with me.

NOW THIS WAS TO GOOD TO BE TRUE!

As January was coming to a close I still had not received a contract. My emails where being returned. I did call and was told my contract would be in the mail the next day.... another week goes by then I receive a email from Georgia saying YOU HAVE BEEN APPROVED FOR FULL SPONSORSHIP AND WILL RECEIVE A CONTRACT IN A COUPLE OF WEEKS. I wrote her saying this is not cool just to have the email returned.

So I called my bank and asked what are my options where they said they would file to have my funds returned and within 3 days my money was back in my account.

THEN MY CONTRACT ARRIVES! The contract said nothing about $7,000 it did say they would enter and or stake me in so many tournments. By this time I had lost faith in the program. My bank did put the money back in my account just to send me a letter saying this matter will not be resolved until April and I may have to pay it back if they rule in their favor.
