Connection to Ranma 1/2: Becomes a regular hangout for Ranma and the others.

Notes:
After finding Ranma, discovering about Akane and all that business, Ukyo starts her own okonomiyaki restaurant. And she calls it...UCCHAN! The okonomiyaki recipe that Ucchan's uses has been passed down from generation to generation in the Kuonji family.

Its name originated from the nickname Ranma gave Ukyo when they were kids.

Kunoichi Kontatsu

Kunoichi-kun is a martial-arts-genious, a "beautiful" ninja of the Male Martial Artists' Training (Play) Ground. It is an *ahem* erotic resort, staffed by really ugly women.... Kunoichi has evil and ugly step-sisters and a step-mother, all of whom pick on poor Kunoichi. Like deprivation of food, forcing Kunoichi to sleep on newspapers, work for no pay, etc. But after much confusion, Kunoichi falls in love with Ukyou, duels with Ranma, decides to leave the ugly step-family, and...tada! turns out to be male. (Of course. Does anybody else notice a LOT of gender confusion in this series?:) In any case, he winds up working overtime at Ukyou's shop for no pay, but still happy to have such a kind and generous new boss.
