You do not have to set it up the way I have here.
All of my buttons are linked up.
After you save this set just replace my links with yours.

These graphics are meant to be used together. You can download them by holding your cursor over each image and right clicking, then choose 'save as' from the drop down menu. To download the background, place your cursor on the border, right click and choose 'save background as' from the drop down menu.
