As I don't own the CD, it's very hard to comment on this album. But by looking at the songs featured on this CD, I'm guessing that this album is different from Pia's former  one Pia-Today!. While Pia-Today! was a collection of 'happier' songs, Only for Romantics tends more in the direction of Pia & Phil, with mainly torch songs.
But as I said, I don't have this one, so I can only guess.
