Short abstracts of other reviews :

" Her version of 'People' owes no apologies..."
" Zadora gives us moments to relish. She delivers
a towering solo in 'Who Are You Now'..."

Sylvie Drake, L.A.Times

" Let's not sacrifice several paragraphs to defend
Pia Zadora's talent. She has a fine singing voice,
an endearing stage presence, and the ability to act..."

Lawrence Enscoe, Daily News

" Zadora shines when she portrays Fanny's comic side,
especially the comedian's way of using gags as a sort
    of attack/defence mechanism."

Jim Farber, Long Beach Press Telegram

" Pia doesn't fall on her fanny "

Sandra Kreiswirth, Daily Breeze
After years of absence from the theatre stage, Pia Zadora returned to her first love in the role of Fanny Brice, the unglamorous Broadway legend from Manhattan's Lower East Side who became a comedy star. A very brave project, not in the least because the part has Barbra Streisand scrawled all over it. But Pia didn't do bad at all and got some rave reviews from some of the toughest critics in L.A.
