Personal Comments Of all of Pia Zadora’s major films, this one always passes unnoticed : it’s not as bad as Lonely Lady, not as weird as Voyage of the Rock Aliens and it was released when Butterfly was still gathering awards. It’s not particularly bad, Pia doesn’t act better or worse, and with Telly Savalas' presence, it could easily be mistaken for a long Kojak-episode. Fake-Out was also produced by Meshulam Riklis, who appears in a cameo as a business man who gets killed at the beginning of the movie. Director Matt Cimber appears as one of the gangsters. |
