Homosexuality:
- Homosexuality seen as an abomination.
- Every State in the Union had anti-sodomy laws.
- Sodomy is now protected by law.
- Domestic partner benefits are common place.
- Gays allowed to adopt children.
- Gay lifestyle taught in Sex Ed programs.
- Homosexual themes are common in entertainment.
- Massachusetts court makes gay marriage legal.
- Some Protestant sects ordain openly gays to ministry.
Marriage

Divorce
- Marriage seen as ordained by God
- Marriage exclusive forum for sexual intimacy.
- Law made divorce diffcult.
- Rearing of children is purpose of marriage.
- Divorce rate was at 11%.
- Marriage seen as legal contract nothing more.
- 50% people live together before marriage
- No fault divorce is now the rule.
- Average American marriage lasts 4 years.
- Divorce rate fast approching 60%.
Adultery
- Adultery was looked upon as a moral evil.
- Entertainment frowns upon adultery.
- One-third of married Americans have had an affair.
- Entertainment promotes adultery.
Fornication
- Pre marital sexual relation seen as sinful.
- Entertainment promoted chasity.
- Sex Ed promoted chasity.
- Unmarried couples forbidden to stay in hotel rooms together.
- Two sexually transmitted diseases.
- Fornication now accepted as normal.
- Entertainment promotes fornication.
- Schools handout condoms.
- Four million couples now cohabitate in USA alone.
- Fifty sexually transmitted diseases.
Children
- Children seen as a blessing.
- Mothers on average had between 3 & 4 children.
- One in ten babies were born out of wedlock.
- Children seen as financial burden.
- Women on average have only 1 child.
- 87 countries have a birth rate below replacement level.
- One in three babies are born out of wedlock.
Pornography
- Pornography was seen as perverse and degenerate.
- Pornography was illegal.
- Crime to send porn through the US mail.
- Porn only sold in crime ridden areas of town.
- 12 Billion dollar industry
- More stores sell pornography than there are McDonalds.
- Internet expands the availability of porn.
- Cable and Satellite TV provide hard core porn.
Sunday
- Sunday was day set aside for family and worship.
- Majority of people went to church.
- Sunday was a day of rest.
- Only essential stores were open.
- Sunday seen as a day of shopping and sports.
- Majority don't go to church.
- The phrase 24/7 is the mantra of business.
- All stores are open for business.
