Natural and artificial available light only, no photo flash,

All images were take with no filter,

Lens:
Quantaray/Ritz(Sigma?) Manual Focus 300mm f/5.6 Catadioptric Mirror T-Mount Lens, aperture preset at f/5.6, taken with the camera set on Aperture Priority Program, all images manually focused.  Lens details: Quantaray T Lens, Mirror/Reflex, 300mm f/5.6 (fixed) - ø67mm front filter ring, Field of view: ~4.6° to ~8.2°, Close focus: 86", Size: ~2 3/4" wide by ~3 1/2" long, Construction: metal and glass, rubber focusing ring, Markings: "QUANTARAY 300mm 1:5.6 MIRROR LENS No.46858 67ø MADE IN JAPAN", with T-Mount to Minolta MF which fits Minolta SR/MC/MD/X-600 cameras but does not operate camera's MC/MD sensors - see discussion at http://www.geocities.com/peterblaise/minoltamf/index.htm#mctomd for T-Mount/ SR/ MC/ MD/X-600 lens compatibility explanation.  Note: Since lens aperture is not adjustable, I used the camera's Aperture Priority metering which automatically set the shutter speeds to adjust for optimum exposure (and/or I could have used neutral density filters and/or polarizer filters for subject brightness out of range),

Ilford Delta Professional ISO 3200/36º 135-36 35mm, continuous-tone panchromatic black-and-white negative, for black-and-white prints, exposed and developed @ EI Exposure Index 1600/33º,

Images were taken with lens and camera system handheld (no tripod),

Film Scanner:
Minolta Dimàge Scan Dual II AF-2820U, captured at 2,820dpi, 8bit/pixel, Adobe RGB, 12mb TIFF master image file for each image,

Image Editing Software:
Adobe Photoshop v6 for image rotation (scanner creates digital images that are rotated by as much as 5º), cropping to full frame (scanner image output includes edge overscan outside image frame), resizing (to 4,230 x 2,820 scanner resolution), dust and scratch removal (manual), level setting (manual and automatic), dodging and burning (manual and automatic), sharpening (to compensate for scanner lens and LED array performance and for on-screen display performance), conversion from TIFF to JPEG ~50% by Photoshop the again to JPEG ~50% by IrfanView to ~627 x ~418 x 24 bits per pixel for a file size of 19kb to 55kb; thumbnails auto converted by CompuPic Pro v5 to progressive JPEG 150x100 pixels, 24 bits per pixel, for file sizes of ~3kb to ~7kb.
