Where did the idea for Timber begin?
Timber was developed when I decided I finally needed a character who loved to write and read as much as I do. Basically, I found the picture for Timber while searching the web and I immediatly came up with a name and knew she would be my scribe.

How was Timber introduced into Ravens Dale?
Timber was born outside the city limits, but close enough that she always knew about the town. Timber, after leaving her Aunt's home without permission, has been living in the city for approximatly six months. But due to her employeer cheating her out of her wages, was forced to move out of her small flat she was renting. She then came to the Rivendell Inn for lodging and started visiting the tavern downstairs. There, she has made a few friends and seems to be flourishing in the common room.

What is Timber like?
Timber is a very creative individual. Her passion is writing and reading, which she can almost always be found doing at least one while in the Rivendell Inn. She is also very curious. Always asking a million questions. She's also very sweet and upbeat. Her conversations are full of laughter and smiles and she is sure to keep her companions in the same jolly spirits.

What is Timber's Background?
Timber's background is rather unremarkable or at least she thinks so (don't you know there's always something else going on that what appears?) Timber grew up the only child of a local Baron and his wife. After both were taken in the plague, at age thirteen, Timber was forced to live with her spinster Aunt Henrietta (Henny). Always critical of her neice, Aunt Henny imposed a strict set of rules and lessons upon the rather unruly and spoiled Timber. But while Timber eventually did learn enough to pass as a lady, her curious and imaginative nature could never be supressed. One night, Timber left her Aunt's home for the city of Ravens Dale. She was quickly able to secure a position as a scribe for a Mr. Fenwhig and flourished there for a time. But Timber always had her own dreams of being on her own... possibly with her own shop. When she started at the Rivendell Inn, she found a person who would make her dream a reality.

Timber recieved 300 in gold to start her own writing business. She has also befriended a friendly wizard named Aust Nighbreeze. They seem to be kindred spirits and frequently spend nights together talking and taking walks throughout the realm. Though throughout the last months, Aust has not been seen. It is assumed he was forced back to his home realm by his teachers. Timber has made numerous other friend though, including the captian of Ravens Dale's guards, Platemail. Also included, are Lady Kivrin, K'lish, and a friendly little fae named Ashashe.

Timber was attacked and impregnated by a demon. After only a few days, she became quite sick and already began to show. She gave birth almost a month later, the demon child extracting itself through her stomach. She nearly bleed to death, but thankfully a few of her usual patrons had come by and helped her to recover.
