Welcome to the home of Team Penguin Calgary. We are a group of runners who consider speed to be merely an optional component in our enjoyment of the sport. Participation in fitness-improving activity is encouraged at any level. We are affiliated with the Calgary Road Runners, Penguin Runners, Penguin Athletes, the Regina Penguins and Toronto Penguins. We strive to encourage new and "chronic beginner" runners in Alberta.
