Home   Introduction to P.A.G.E.   Upcoming Events   Directory   Resource/Contacts   Places to Go   For Colorado TGs   News

P.A.G.E. (Peak Area Gender Expressions) is an informal group of transgender persons, friends, and family members offering support in a friendly, non-judgmental environment. (Transgender admirers are not welcome, this is not a pick up place. Admirers might want to check out the Clubs on the Places to Go page.) A number of "house rules" are in place, most importantly confidentiality (see Meeting Policies below).   P.A.G.E. evolved from the Southern Colorado Inter-Regional Transgender Society (SCIRTS) which was started in 1996 in Colorado Springs by LisaJo and Christina Danielle; an associated group in Pueblo was headed by Shirley Knight. Both groups did a wonderful job of touching the lives of TG persons of all stripes and stages, from those first coming to grips with their feelings to "post-op" transsexuals.

P.A.G.E. endeavors to:
  • provide a point of contact and support for local transgender persons
  • provide information on regional resources of interest
  • serve as a contact focus with other TG organizations inside and outside of Colorado
  • inform and coordinate local activities and events

P.A.G.E. currently meets in Colorado Springs on the 1st and 3rd Tuesdays of each month starting around 7:00 PM. The 1st Tuesday is a potluck followed by a discussion and/or activities. The 3rd Tuesday is a regular meeting. The meetings are held in South West Colorado Springs. For further information please send us an email at cospage@gmail.com. Please include the word PAGE in the subject so it is easier to distinguish your email from spam that may also be coming to this address.

You may also reach Nancy-Jo Morris.
by phone at (719) 217-8896. All calls and emails are treated as confidential.

At any meeting or event, people come in whatever "mode" their schedules and desires allow. Most members are "MTF" (male-to-female) TGs and arrive in "girl mode"; it is also possible to dress at the meeting location. There is no dress code, other than to simply be yourself!

Anyone is welcome at a P.A.G.E. meeting, whether you're TG or not. We ask that all meeting participants observe the following:
  • Confidentiality is respected at all times.
  • Names, addresses, phone numbers etc. are not to be divulged without the member's explicit permission (most of us go by our 'TG' name anyway).
  • No drugs or alcohol allowed.
  • Meetings are for support and friendly socializing, not to be used as a sexual pick-up point.
