JOHN HOLT
John Holt was one of the reasons Pool Wiffle Ball got off the ground.  Back before the days of stats, John was a regular on the "Sissy Pant Legs", which was him and Peachey.  In the first year of stats John led the league in batting average and made many a spectacular play at robber.  One thing John certainly does not lack is heart.  He will stop at nothing to make a play in the field as he has dove into the bushes, tore up his back on the rose bush, and dove into the pool with a phone in his hand.  At the peak of his career John was also by far the best power hitter, hitting home runs more than 50% of his at bats in 2000 and 2001, his MVP season.  John also holds the record for consecutive Home Runs with 14.  He is also an innovator on the mound with his famous beaning rampages in which he beans countless numbers of players for the hell of it.  His playing time declined last year because of the old work/girlfriend combo, but when he plays he is still the most feared hitter in the game.
